Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

To initiate our return and refund process, please contact our customer service team at enquire@amarragroup.au.

You must provide your order or receipt number, the reason for your return and any other relevant information.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

You may make a “Refund / Exchange Request” to Amarra Group for a return or exchange of a Product if you change your mind within 14 days of receiving the Product, subject to the Product being unused, uninstalled and in its saleable condition, being in its original packaging and with all attachments; or receive a defective Product.
